"You don't have to be a major production company to get exceptional service from the team at Cinequipt. I routinely tell Chris or Mitch in rentals what my current challenge is, and they present solutions that fit my budget and crew size. In 20 years I have never had an issue with rented equipment, a missing piece or something not being available when they said it would be. If I have a last-minute request, everyone in the building jumps in to find a solution. Mitch in service is also routinely amazing. Once I brought him a light with a broken power switch where the routine repair was to replace the entire board for hundreds of dollars. Mitch had already sourced just the power switch from the original switch manufacturer, and soldered in on in 24 hours, for $50. When I visit other cities, it's hard to understand how they survive without a place like Cinequipt."
