"Update: This is a scamming medical center, do not use this service unless you want to get ghost billing and being referred to a scam center in India that will hang up on you when they press the hold button. They also won't fix your billing issue even if they agree there is an error nor call you back after the "hold button" which actually just hangs up. I was told I was supposed to get a discount for paying the entire amount upfront but they are still billing me for trying to bill an insurance which I do not have or never claim to have. It says in clear in the bill that I'm a self pay patient. I'm always been self paying out of pocket, no insurance involved. I made it clear when I came to this clinic. They can't even afford a US based billing service department. Tried to fix my Billings but 2 months later I can't get anyone to look at my billing. Left a message with the billing manager, he never called back. Called multiple times, he's always in a "meeting". Original: I came here with no insurance and told them I would like to pay the entire amount on the same day I had the exam. At the end of the months they proceeded to bill me another $72 on top of what I already paid which I made it cleared that I wanted to pay in full the first day. Called billing 5 times which is outsourced, the first lady confirmed with me that I was supposed to get a 30% for self paying/no insurance. Not getting billed $72 instead. 30% of $288 is $86.40 so they owe me money. Paid $216 of what they said is a $288.00 procedure and was supposed to be done with. She try to put me on hold and as she try to press a button, she hanged up on me instead, never called back. Proceed to call billing a total of 5 times in the past few days and yes every time instead of putting me on hold they all hanged up, all telling me not to hang up. The last guy told me he would never hang up on me, hanged up. Second guy told me 30% discount is only for self pay. I'm like I'm self pay, no freaking insurance. Isn't that self paid. He told me yes, I'm correct, put me on hold to check on it, hanged up instead. Try to contact a manager, left a message, never got called back. So here I supposedly paid in full on the first day of the exam, was supposed to get a 30% discount for self paying/no insurance. What a scam, thinking I paid for the full service and was supposed to be done with it. Instead they bill me $72 and won't answer, properly look into it or call back about my account. It looks like and sounds like they overcharged me and billing me instead for even more. No one's available to help."
"I'm a US.Army 101st airborne Veteran.. this company is What's wrong with this country. 100% disabled Veteran. They fail to file claim with VA for 50.00$ in a timely manner. Turned me into collections. Violation of federal Law. I give them Zero"

"Well, they definitely lack hospitality and just basic explanation of their procedures. After reading many other reviews, it would appear this is an issue that has been brought to their attention but to no avail. I don't think you can blame the pandemic on this one."
"The billing department has lied to me twice about my insurance denying the bill. Total bill was $310.00. My insurance paid $298.05. They billed me $198.00 after this, and now won't return my money. Today, 12/15 a supervisor said they billed the wrong insurance, even though I sent them the EOB 12/5. I'm going to get their insurance info and file a claim and contact the insurance commission as well"
