"Terrible, terrible experience! A few months ago I got a spinal injection and they screwed it up. First I waited for over an hour past my appointment time. Rude staff didn't care about my schedule. Then they stabbed me in the spine 4 times before they got where they were aiming for. Even then the injection did not go where it should have. I ended up a terrible spinal headache that lasted for almost a week. I was beyond miserable as there is almost nothing ( some ER level drugs can help) that can help when you have a spinal headache..! I tried to follow up and they didn't care! I left messages, emails, my chart notes and surveys.. No one called me back. Then when the bill came a robot started calling me telling me to call the billing department. I was on hold every time I called them. Never got through. Then without calling me they sent me to collections. Now I get a call from a bill collector 2 times a day. These people don't give a rip!! I will say I had a good experience at a different location a few months later. Do not go to this location."
