"Horrible! Do not see any nurse practitioner here, or, for that matter, don't see any nurse practitioner at all anywhere. They don't know what they're doing. I wish I'd consulted my magic 8 ball, or contacted Ms. Cleo through a ouija board. Sara was a total chump. She convinces me not to go on a big trip, and then refuses to fill out some simple forms to get my insurance refund. Tells me to contact another department, which had nothing to do with the decision. Cost me $2500. Thanks for nothing. See you in hell Sara. For the record, my issue cleared up two days after my trip would have started."
