"Visiting this location for a follow up appointment with Dr. Jason Cornelius was a straightforward experience. Despite having a scheduling issue with my initially arranged appointment, the staff reached out as soon as it was noticed, kindly explained what the error that occurred was, and were able to have me rescheduled the next day. I arrived early on the day of my appointment, and after a quick check in process I was actually seen sooner than expected. Lobby and general facilities felt very clean and tidy."

"We are so deeply disappointed in the Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology - Maple Grove. Though we really liked Dr Cornelius alot, he had told us that my husband could get a home sleep study done the week following his Friday afternoon appointment and that someone would be calling us that following Monday to get that set up. We never heard from them that week. The following week someone called to set up an appointment for late January when we had been told he could get that test done the week following his Friday appointment so at least we hoped for thge following week. After repeated calls trying to get help in setting his sleep study appointment up, I finally resorted to getting in touch with the Office Manager who also told us that she would get this sorted and of course, we have heard nothing back from her either! Dr Cornelius was great but he told us that my husband could get his sleep study done the week following a Friday afternoon appointment and it is now 4 weeks after that and still no sleep study sheduled and we leave in less than a month! We are getting ready to leave the country and needed this done so that my husband could take his new cpap with him. Now neither of us will sleep thanks to this office doing absolutely NOTHING to help us get this taken care of before we leave, when we had been told by Dr Cornelius that my husband would be all set for our trip. This is been a total nightmare and disappointment. We really thought we had found my husband's new sleep Dr here in MN and boy were we wrong. Although Dr Cornelius was really great in my husband's appointment we have not been able to get help from anyone in his office in getting his testing done so he could get his new machine before we leave for a month. NOT ONE PERSON in that office that said they would call us back has done so, not one. So disappointed and upset that NO ONE would help us NOT EVEN THE OFFICE MANAGER!- we just got false promises of a call back and resolution yet now close to a month later NO HELP and now neither of us will sleep on this trip. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND EXPECT TO HEAR FROM THIS OFFICE WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL YOU BECAUSE THEY WONT! Back to trying to find good care in MN with a Drs office that actually does what they say they will do. Does that even exist here in the US? Im beginning to think not. Dr Cornelius was great but we cannot get help from a sinlge person in his office. Not one. This has been a nightmare."
