"I've been going here for over twenty years. New owners now price has gone up. Way too much for a small town like this. I don't go there anymore. One star because of the price. No complaints at all under the previous owner."
"The Hilltop Inn in Slayton, MN is under new ownership as of DEC 4, 2023. The property is undergoing a wide range of improvements/renovations and now has Starlink super fast satellite WIFI, Smart Roku TVs and Keurig machines with coffee and tea pods in each room! More positive changes on the way such as all new pillows and linens, painting, new carpets, new amenities!"
"Rates are ridiculous for a 1970’s room. The new $20 charge for a dog has made me decide to never stay there again. I have stayed there for years on hunting trips. It was always full of hunters, but I think others agree with me. The place had 2-4 groups of hunters on opening weekend."
