"I have called three times since yesterday at 8 am for my eob. Clerk said I wasn't seen on the day bx told me I was. So I call back this time they did find my date of service and eob I wasn't looking for. Weird yes. So I call back tell clinic manager about and the MISINFORMED info I was getting!!! She promised to find out and call back today Tuesday 10 30 and nobody has gotten back to me May have to contact the attorney general for fraudulent billing"
"I have been to the office probably 2-3 times over the years. Convenient hours and location. The reports are finished and to your doctor in a very reasonable amount of time. No long stressful waits for results. The staff are all friendly and explain things clearly. In terms of convenience, especially before I retired, it is easy to find (directly across from Abbott/WestHealth) and it is in a cul de sac with it's own parking. NEVER FULL! That is probably because of efficient scheduling with brief wait times, if any at all. (Lovely waiting area, but don't settle in because you won't be there long.) Can't say enough good things about them, My doctor said you can choose your radiologist. Do yourself a favor and pick Medical Diagnostic Imaging Center of Plymouth (may be listed as branch of Minneapolis Radiology)."
