"**Be Knowledgeable On Pricing Before Going Into This Location** In June, I was working with Carl at this location to purchase an adjustable Cali-King split TEMPUR-Ergo Smart Base and TEMPUR-Adapt Mattress. They have a sticker on the window that claims they are a "Tempur-Pedic Elite Retailer" that represents this location as being "recognized for their comprehensive product knowledge, extraordinary service, and high level of customer satisfaction." Carl insisted the price for this setup was +$13,000. When mentioning on the Tempur-Pedic website it only costing ~$6,000, he pulled up the website and said the problem is I didn't add 2 of each to the cart and if I had only one of each I would only receive half the bed, basically a twin XL. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. After calling and confirming with Tempur-Pedic directly, I can confirm Carl was attempting to double charge for this product. It made me feel as if they were either trying to get twice the funds, twice the inventory, and/or multiple sells on already purchased inventory. At the end of the day, I purchased directly from Tempur-Pedic by calling in and discussing my options. The only positive aspect of Mattress King is that I was able to see and test the actual product options I was trying to decide between."
