"I hadn't bought a new bed in about 3 decades so I was completely surprised when confronted by the options facing me when I entered the store. Add that to the fact that I'm now an old man, slightly hard of hearing and probably a bit disgruntled, you might expect a bad review. But, that's not the case at all. I was very pleased with the detailed, very polite explanations and demonstrations from Alberto, my very personable young sales associate. He was very respectful and not the slightest condescending while dealing with an old man. The prices, of course, were a lot higher than I remembered from 1995. In fact though, it's somewhat analogous to the price of automobiles when viewed through the same time frame. You get a lot more for more money. When adjusted for inflation, the price for a quality bed might even be cheaper now than it was then. All in all, I was very pleased with my encounter with Denver Mattress. I am very much looking forward to my new bed. I only gave it 5 stars because that's all there is available to give."
