"Purchased almost $1000 worth of appliances on Black Friday, left excellent review, was treated excellent. Fast forward 64 days, my Whirlpool washer isn’t spinning. Took it back to store on Sunday (today) to exchange bc it’s brand new. Was told I had to call Whirlpool to get a Return approval to even exchange it, and that’s only IF whirlpool thinks it’s something non fixable.. They aren’t open on weekends so I have no options today.. their return policy for appliances is 48 hours, or 30 days.. but it conveniently does not state this in the reciept. The manager & rep at CS desk acted like they could care less. Needless to say I won’t buy any more appliances through big box stores!!! BUY & SUPPORT LOCAL APPLIANCE DEALERS!!!"
"The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five was because Lowe's was out of an electric heater of any type. However, I did call about exchanging the propane tank that I had and not only did they tell me they had a few left, but the ladies at the front desk saved me one with my name on it. I was impressed."
"Went in to the store because I am doing a whole house remodel. Had the pleasure of working with Sara and Mike in the 11am hour on November 15, 2023. They are by far some of the best associates that I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! They helped me with all my picky wants and made sure that all of my items were loaded on my tailer for me!! Hope the 2 of Them get the greatest kind of recognition."
"Staff was wonderful. I was on the search for the Kobalt pink mini tool chest. A staff member had the last one in her hand getting ready to purchase, and she very sweetly put it in my basket. The other Lowes store had been out and helped us locate a store that had one. Thank you to them as well."
