"Was an ok place. Room was ok, was a little dirty, coffee maker was broken. Holes in the wall in the bathroom. Service was good, kind and friendly. Nice breakfast."

"I can’t recommend Redwood Lodge enough. It was the highlight of our Christmas! The lodge combines a warm ambiance with a modern yet classic lodge feel. Our room was cozy, clean, and we slept very well. After a chilly visit to Ramsey Falls, the lodge’s welcoming warmth was a blessing, especially with the town closed for the holiday. Diane at the front desk generously invited us to join her family for Christmas Eve dinner, given that everything else was closed. Now that’s hospitality! We thoroughly enjoyed spending several hours in the hot tub and sauna. Our morning started with a complimentary breakfast and delightful chats with Carmen and other guests, making us feel appreciated. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend Redwood Lodge for an unforgettable experience! Thank you for a memorable Christmas, we felt like a Hallmark movie! - Jill & Kate"

"We travel a lot and hotels just don’t seem up to par these days, but this place… We can start at the front desk. The front desk person was wonderful. We had a friend cancel, so she switched our room from double to king with zero issues and was able to check us in early. She was very very nice and didn’t act like it was any issue at all, a rare experience these days. She gets 5⭐️’s for service! Our room was clean and nice, and had two windows. A cool, comfy, retro chair with ottoman was a welcomed site. 4 big bed pillows also 5⭐️. It was dead quite too. First Time I’ve ever slept soundly. Breakfast in the morning 5⭐️ and the guy making the scrambled eggs 10⭐️! Best hotel eggs EVER!! I would come here just for breakfast! With hotels these days seemingly going down hill, I would say this spot is still doing great. Would absolutely book again if in the area. Thank you for rest!"
