OYO Hotel Redwood Falls near Jackpot Casino 410 West Park Road, Redwood Falls, MN 56283

"When I first arrived I was a little taken back by the chip paint. But you can not always judge a book by it cover. The 2 staff at the front door were friendly and helpful. I didn't realize I book my check in date wrong on line. The staff help fix it and got me into a room right away. The rooms where not to bad for the price. I paid a total of $158.00 for 2 nights. The place needs some work. But I did not spend $150 or more a night like I usually do. So I expected it not to be as nice. The front deck staff was just a phone call away and where always helpful. The ice machine was broken, but the front deck was able to give me some ice from the back office. I do have some recommendations for OYO for there future guest. 1. Please remove the old chair out side by the front door. I think it gives a poor representation of the hotel. 2. I personally would just remove the breakfast all together and just have coffee and maybe cookies. I know a lot of people do not want to share a gallon of milk with every other guest. Or at least get a juice machine and some warm breakfast items. I did go down for breakfast and after see what was offered I went and ate cold pizza in my room. Over the stay was good."

"I had a room booked and had to cancel which I did in plenty of time to be refunded. I called and canceled it and the gentleman running the front desk just said ok. After telling him to take my information to cancel it he hung up. I was charged for the room. I called back several weeks later and talked to the manager. She insisted that they would refund me. Another month later and still no refund. I called her again to get a refund and haven't received a phone call back. I would not recommend this place."

"Please don't let the peeling siding on this place fool you! That siding will be updated this year. I was in town for a hockey tournament and booked this place at the last minute. The man at the front desk is the kindest person and will help you if there is something you need. OYO is very well located if you have to spend time at the arena or community center. All the rooms here have a super clean refrigerator and microwave, which the humongous Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel does not include in its rooms. Also, that hotel had a somewhat smokey smell in the hallway but my room at OYO did not have any trace of smoke. The price was also excellent! The pool was not in working order when I was there; they have plans top fix that."

"It is a former Quality Inn. They advertise they have a pool. The pool house, behind the main building, was full of old funishings and literally trash. Windows on the far right wing of the building has mattresses leaning against the windows. The room smelled musty, like a damp basement. For typical amenities like blow drier, clothes iron, coffee maker, ect, there is a rental price list taped to the door. On the table was another price list of food items, beauty, and toiletries for sale. I then realized that is what all those canned goods were at the rear counter of the front desk. Would I stay there again? Not unless I was paid."

"Do not stay here!!!! It is totally misrepresented. Paint peeling, wi fi routers hanging from the ceilings. Our first room the bathroom was dirty and the heater cover was hanging off. Second room they moved us too the tub didn’t drain and the third and final room the door didn’t lock. Talked to staff about getting a refund since we weren’t staying after being moved to 3 different rooms. Staff got a attitude,gave me a fake number to there manager and then asked us to leave . Gladly left his crack hotel !!!!!"
