"I was in patient for 5 days. I was in ER then admitted. Great care with great nurses & doctors! I was on the Med Surg floor & the staff were awesome!! Thank you for your care during this difficult time for me."
"This is such a great hospital! My grandpa was here needing surgery so we drove 3 hours here at 8:30 at night and I was nervous. But I had no reason to be because my grandpa the greatest medical team I've ever seen! Haley, if you see this (sorry if spelling is off), you deserve a 2 billion dollar raise. You are the nicest and most amazing nurse I've ever seen. With this wonderful lady along with a great team, we all had a fun time! The team we had was AMAZING! They were very outgoing and were the nicest team I've ever seen. The only downside was we had to wait 24 almost 48 hours for a delivery for the surgery but it was worth it because we went to a amazing hotel, Country Inn and Suites. Overall we all had a fantastic experience and Haley, you deserve a raise and much more. Nice job guys."
"Amazing baby doctors, I worked with Dr. Sander for my pregnancy and it was nothing but a good experience, the nurses were incredible, all of them angels , the NICU nurses completely competent in every way and never pressured or pushed, I felt safe and well taken care of, and I KNEW my baby was in good hands in his short stay, Jesper and I and Justin thank everyone !! For the care."
"I had the best doctors and nurses on my team throughout my pregnancy, delivery and stay at Essential. I wanted to talk about my experience at essential on 32 in Fargo. I had the privilege to work with Dr. lynn through my pregnancy. He took very good care of me and answered my concerns he encouraged me a lot throughout my pregnancy. When it came time to deliver I walk into the delivery room, I met Katie who admitted me very warm and friendly lady, immediately I knew I was in good hands. I was handed over to two very nice, very helpful ladies call nurse Lisa and nurse Kaerstynn. I was very hungry at one point in labor but because I was in labor I couldn’t eat nurse Lisa made me a strawberry slushy and a lemon slushy to drink and it was the best slushy ever. The rest of my care time nurses were great Allie and Ari were so helpful and friendly. my delivery doctor was Dr. Sanders omg I cannot thank him enough. Dr. Sander is very patients he is so good at what he dose. He has delivery babies so many time you can completely trust Dr. Sanders. If I ever wanted more babies I will definitely be seen at essential. To Dr. Sanders, Dr. Lynn nurse Lisa, nurse Kaerstynn, nurse manager Katie , nurse Allie. And nurse Ari Thank you so very much for making me feel safe and welcome and for treated me well, I appreciate you all very much if I could give a thousand stars I would because you deserve more than 5 stars.thank you and God bless."
"The communication between the staff was o.k. The infectious disease doctor diagnosed my dad with endocarditis and to place him on IV antibiotics to treat the infection. My dad went in for his echocardiogram and the doctor was stating the aortic valve needed replacement. He sounded so optimistic and stated it was a rather straightforward procedure. He died in surgery because the aortic valve fell apart and he bled to death. Also would like to point out to anyone if you have a loved one that needs a major procedure to go to Mayo or Abbott. They are significantly more inclined to handle issues like this. They were also short staffed of surgeons. Not saying having a second surgeon would’ve saved his life but it probably would’ve at least helped the chances by having two. Especially when we were quoted a 80% of surviving the surgery. This is also gonna sound terrible but one of the nurses working with my dad was completely useless. Overnight my dad started shaking his whole body uncontrollably almost seizure like. We didn’t know what was wrong so we pressed the button to call a nurse in. It literally took 10 minutes before a nurse showed up to his room and it was because I went to front desk to tell them to get someone in there. It’s your job to monitor your patients not to ignore them. Front desk people are also ridiculously rude and I don’t care if you hate your job don’t do it if you are gonna be unnecessarily rude to people that have done nothing. This seems to be a common pattern with this place is the rude staff. The gift shop people are really nice though."
