"We started our 12 week old at this center in Oct 2023 and his very first day I called to just check in and did not get an answer after several calls and no call back after leaving a message. We did like his teachers in his usual room but management is not communicative in the slightest - it's hard enough bringing your newborn to daycare, but not getting a call back or letting us know how he was doing was really hard. I also witnessed bottle propping in the infant room, which is not ideal. We ended up switching to a new center and I am so happy we did. Also be aware that you need to put in four weeks notice to this center and they don't apply your deposit until your last two weeks. Would not recommend this center for infants."
