Kidkare

Kidkare is a school-based child care program located at BHM Elementary Schools in Buffalo, Minnesota. We offer care for children ages 3-12 from 6 am - 6:30 pm, Monday - Friday, on most non-school days and during the summer. Our program extends your child's learning day in a safe and fun environment with flexible scheduling options for before and after school care, non-school day care, and summer care.

For children ages 3-5 not yet in school, we offer a full day care program with theme-based activities that focus on social and emotional skills, academic readiness, art, science, and learning through play. Our staff provide a variety of indoor and outdoor activities for children to enjoy.

Summer care is available in Buffalo, Hanover, and Montrose, with weekly themed activities that include outdoor play, gym games, arts and crafts, science, and more. Children going into grades 2-4 can also participate in BHM Community Education's Summer SunBlock enrichment program, with the price included in our tuition.

Breakfast and an afternoon snack are provided daily, and hot lunch is provided Monday-Thursday through BHM food services at no cost. Parents are asked to provide a cold lunch from home on Fridays. Children should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, tennis shoes, and a change of clothes labeled with their name each day.
