They are very flexible with scheduling around your outside of work schedule. I am a full time student, (with classes at night) and Hayley has been great at working around my school schedule and times that I need off, even with us being short staffed. Great opportunity to form good working relationships with coworkers. Great opportunity to make a difference in childrens' and parents' lives."

"The work conditions for the teenagers is horrible compared to the adults. The adults yell at the teenagers for not having the proper dress attire when they come from school and don’t have the time to go home before their shift. Also, the adults leave most of the cleaning to the minors and they use the excuse that they can’t leave us alone in the classroom. Most of the adults leave minors in the classroom alone with the kids anyway. Minors are not allowed to be alone in a classroom for over 5 minutes, it is unlawful. With the cleaning, the adults should at least stay back and help. These teenagers do not get payed enough to be stuck with all the cleaning they are given. It’s sad how mistreated the teenagers are in the work environment Faith Kids has made for them."
