"Normal BK food quality, one of the strangest drivethru encounters I've ever had. They didn't talk or say anything for the longest time. Just weird vibes all around. Made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. After reading other poor reviews, it is obvious that this behavior towards me was intentional. You have a night shift with a bad attitude."

"The person taking the order couldn't understand simple instructions like no onion. I felt compelled to give exact change, I wasn't sure if I was going to get any money back. The lady working the front was also the cook. she was tired and pissed off and I felt very sorry for her. Obviously receiving no support from her upper management. If you can't afford to hire labor, you shouldn't be in business. It might be time to close your doors. Thanks for reminding me why I don't eat fast food anymore. You've helped me immensely."

"Placed a DoorDash order from this store and they did not put options to be able to customise my burger. I have a sensitivity to one of the ingredients so I needed it taken off. I called the store over 5 times, each time I heard them both answer the phone and hang up immediately, or just decline the call in general. This is horrible customer service and I can’t help but imagine if I was an employees parent or loved one trying to desperately get in contact with them. If you choose to put out a phone number for your business, please be thoughtful enough to pick up the phone:) thanks"

"Sat in drive through for a solid 10 min, someone started taking my order, then said oh. And then never talked again, while the other drive through had 3 vehicles go through while I just got stuck there"
