Secondly, I can always call their crisis line or my therapist, nurse and psychiatrist and get a person who doesn't drone "what's your name, birthdate, social security number, address?" Like most clinics, medical departments, and crisis hotlines. Only listening and relating. Even to the dumb stuff. Friendly staff. Know you by name as you walk in the door. Thank you, Alluma."

"Sometimes I say what I don't mean. Maybe it's about staff or social workers whoever. I have mental health. I don't mean what I say. People make mistakes. I know sometimes I may act like I don't care but deep inside I feel worse then u do when I talk about you or anyone. People learn people overcome people struggle. Without all the help I received in crookston if it be my social worker or alluma or crisis I would of never been here. I would of never gotten help. I came so far in life. You guys say it's me no alluma helped me through it all. All I do to my workers it's just if I'm mad I let everyone know. Everyone makes mistakes. I hate that I made the mistake of saying bad about you guys Even my social worker. And Its ok if u never take me back I understand that people don't accept second chances all I know now is that I'm without anyone now cuz of what I said earlier. You tried helping me and all I did was push you away I don't deserve help anymore"

"No different then north western mental health. The staff was nice and everything but when I saw the psychologist Michaels he had no interest in helping. No interest I'm talking about my new problems and no interest in helping me keep my job. Iv experience something at work I never have before and didn't want it to happen again but he did nothing but treat me like a pill seeker and didn't take anything seriously. I recommend Sanford. I promptly made an appointment with them after walking out of that circus called alluma aka north western mental health."

"Should have been a -10!!!! Matt Keller and his clinical staff have that never allowed me to get crisis therapy, cancelled appts blamed my insurance and COVID thanks for wasting a month of my life to where if you would have been honest from the beginning I could have been on the road to a happier life so Matt Keller Who said In our 1st eval “expect to much from others” pounding it in during the eval…after a brief 30 minute intake” I guess he was trying to tell me I would never get services! (After not getting services) I tried to get services thru here….I guess I should have expected to have had better services but have learned with Matt Keller never to expect anything in life but only to be discriminated due to being on Medicare due to disability….I guess if I was from another country imported or on unemployment or if another color my service would have happened weeks ago! Wouldn’t recommend this large now corporate government run establishment!"

"When I first went to the Northwestern Mental Health Center my life was in distress and my life was in shambles... I was introduced to this great doctor by the name of Mike Anderson! I now believe if it wasn't for this man my life would still be in shambles or worse non-existent at all. Thx Mike you are a true inspiration to those that have had the honor of meeting you."
