"I'm sorry for having to do this because I come to this place all the time and I have spent SO much money here. I could continue supporting the online seller I started off going to, but I began going here instead for convenience. Last week, I went to buy more Kratom and I accidentally put in the wrong last digit to my phone number, losing my points. I asked the white guy behind the counter if anything could be done about that. I understand that it wasn't his fault that I put the wrong last number in.....however, he was laughing about the fact that I lost my points while announcing very loudly about how he was so sorry and there was nothing he could do about it. He proceeded to find amusement in the fact that I'd just inadvertently opened up a new account for a total stranger who received my 20 points. Also, the white guy with the long hair in a ponytail was outside when I was walking in. I politely said, "hey, how are you doing?" No response. I've honestly had gut feelings about this place (along with people implying that some of them were racist) many times in the past, but just ignored them because I needed my Kratom."
