"When it came time to decide where to send my 3 month old baby for daycare, Kinder Village won me over with their warm staff, cozy infant room, and the continuity of care I knew my daughter would receive as she progressed to different classrooms. Kinder Village has been like a second home to my daughter, who has been attending for 4.5 years now. The teachers are amazing, there is strong staff retention, and the school goes above and beyond to provide children with a variety of unique experiences. From activities with "grand-friends," to swim days, to field trips, to spirit weeks, Kinder Village makes learning fun. It's also along a bus and light rail route, and my daughter has loved the days when we've taken public transit to school. I feel lucky to have found such a loving and supportive environment for my daughter to grow up in."
"My 2 year old daughter has been attending Kinder Village since she was three months old and we love it! It’s hard as a parent to trust people to take care of your kids 5 days a week 8+ hours a day, but the teachers and staff at Kinder Village are one in a million. Every night we hear about all the fun she had doing different activities and playing with her friends during the day! So happy that we are moving more post COVID and the kiddos can now do activities with their “Grandfriends!” It feels very special to have multiple generations getting to interact and beneficial for the kid and seniors!"
"Our daughters have been at Kinder Village for two years after coming from a different center. The change was wonderful, the staff and director at KV are amazing, caring and attentive. The curriculum has prepared them for kindergarten both from an educational and emotional standpoint. The intergenerational activities with Episcopal Homes residents is definitely a highlight, my daughters love seeing with their "grandfriends". The small class sizes with two teachers in each preschool room meant that my daughters weren't overlooked and felt a true connection with all their teachers. I genuinely recommend Kinder Village and wish we had been here from the beginning."
"Kinder Village is wonderful. Teachers are patient, kind, and keep open communication with parents about how children are doing in the classroom. I love that administration is involved in the classrooms and know the children on a personal level. Meals are healthy and varied, and good table manners are practiced intentionally. Outside time and physical activity is valued, and Kinder Village plans special trips, events, and activities with grandfriends on a regular basis for students to enjoy, including exercise classes, crafts, and swim days. My son enjoys his time at daycare and when it comes time to leave, gets lots of goodbye hugs from classmates. Thank you for all you do, Kinder Village!"
"We have been taking our son to Kinder Village since he was an infant and are so happy with the care he receives! The low infant to teacher ratio was really important to us and helped us feel more comfortable sending our baby to daycare. They have also been extremely flexible with his schedule when we've had to make changes or add extra days. We don't have family in the area, so the extra support we receive from them is appreciated! We also love the time spent with grand friends and the benefits this provides to both our child and the seniors in our community. Such an unique opportunity to give our children. We wouldn't take our kids anywhere else!"
