"Pro: You can go online to see how long the wait is and to "hold your place in line" so you can show up at the time it tells you to to minimize your wait time. Staff is very friendly Con: They do not have a pediatric doctor here. Every time we have gone, the doctor's say "I don't specialize in children. You should go to Children's Hospital instead". I'm glad they are honest about not feeling comfortable, but it is a waste of time. There were also many kids in the waiting room waiting to be seen. Adults aren't the only ones that need to be seen and treated."

"We’ve been here twice in the last few months, once for a strep test and once for an ear infection for my son. The staff was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. The wait time wasn’t too bad. I recommend using the online option to “save my spot” if it’s available."

"Long waiting and they put me in the exam room more than three hours. I sat that long because I have sick baby with me. I would not recommend for anyone to go to this urgent care. Very rude and unprofessional the way treated a patient. They don’t even care ."

"I had a great experience coming here. For the size of the facility, they conveniently have a parking ramp with not a far walk at all to the new building. I had no appointment, so the hour wait was definitely expected, and honestly you will have to wait anywhere for urgent care. When I got in, they ran the appropriate test, prescribed me with antibiotics, and sent me on my way. The staff were friendly, quick, and helpful. I was able to get my antibiotics that evening at my pharmacy as well. I’ll definitely come here for next time."

"We had the most rude experience with one of the Urgent Care doctors: Sandra K Morris. My son is struggling with severe intense pain post surgery and in his most intense moments we need to take him in for emergency pain relief. She didn’t even pay attention to his cries and him begging to get some pain relief. Just looked at him and prescribed an antibiotic. We are not seeking any narcotics, but just trying to help our son get over this horrible healing time he’s going through. Every one else has been very helpful and understanding especially Jason, whom we are thankful for."
