"We had an extremely negative experience at this center. Firstly, the director was consistently unavailable for in-person discussions about our concerns. Our daughter had a traumatic incident in the classroom, and neither the teachers nor the director were cooperative in helping us understand what had transpired. Our daughter repeatedly informed us that the teachers played frightening content over the speakers during nap time, and other children watched scary material on iPads provided to them. The teachers were unwelcoming, and our daughter was so frightened that she refuses to discuss this center or even look at it when we drive by."

"This New Horizon Academy is hands down one of the best daycares we've been to. We've moved a lot and been to different daycares, but this one is top-notch. The teachers really care about and love our daughter, even when she's having her tough days. She loves going there and we can tell that she loves her teachers. When we had to move again for work, it was really hard saying goodbye. The teachers even made her a really meaningful goodbye gift that teared me up. This place will always have a special spot in our hearts."

"New Horizon Academy - Peony is an exceptional childcare center. We actually had our daughter registered at a different center, but it didn't feel right. Then, when we toured NHA, it felt right. The staff are so warm, kind, and fun. They genuinely care about our daughter. It's so fun to chat with her teachers during drop-off/pick-up. They are personable and approachable, they share updates in the app throughout the day, and they plan really exciting themes for the kids. Our daughter has learned so much, made friends, and improved her self-help skills. We are so impressed with the growth she has made in such a short time. The decision to send our daughter "out into the world" was very nerve-wracking, but when she's at NHA we know we don't have to worry. The huge smile on her face when she tells us about her "fun day with my friends and teachers" says it all. We cannot recommend NHA enough."

"The staff, director, assistant director are very friendly. I feel comfortable dropping off my children here each and every day. My children love it here! My two year old calls her classroom her home, when she gets home, she always says, "she wants to go back home." I love that she feels this way! I know that my girls are in good care here at New Horizon. The social skills that my girls have are great! They both have learned many self help skills as well. Both of my girls also have an incredible vocabulary, and knows their colors, shapes, letters and numbers! It’s fun to see all of the writing projects my older daughter does as well. To see then write at such a young age, is incredible. I would definitely recommend New Horizon Academy."
