"We started here in 2019 and it was great. After COVID the director quit. A few weeks later the new director quit and soon after the entire staff turned over. Yeah you could blame it on COVID but I know for a fact plenty of other daycare centers didn’t have that issue. When our daughter was in the pre-k room we began having issues with a boy in her room hitting and pushing her. Almost every day she would say so and so hit her again. We talked with her teachers and the director about it and asked that they come up with a plan and tell us what the plan is to keep our daughter safe. They said no citing privacy issues for the other child. The last straw was our daughter came home with a big bruise on her cheek and forehead. Our daughter said the same boy hit her again. When we asked them about it they said she actually fell off a table causing the bruises. Either way they never told us about it! That was her last day there and we found a new daycare in another town. It’s more expensive and further away but we haven’t had a single negative incident yet. Our daughter always says she likes new daycare and that old daycare is not good and she doesn’t want to go back. Almost every time I walked into the classroom it was extremely loud with kids screaming/the boys rough housing and the teachers weren’t really doing much to stop it. The teachers didn’t seem to have much control in there"

"Great childcare! We love the ladies in the emerging toddler room! It’s a very friendly environment for the kids and parents! As a mom it’s hard to leave your babies for such long days, But we know our son is in good hands at CKA. Every time we pick him up he’s always in a good mood, changed and pretty darn clean still!
