"I found the bike that I wanted to buy so I stopped by the dealership to look at it. I met Roxanne who was full of knowledge and kindness. I have owned several motorcycles but never a Harley Davidson. She showed me all of the great features and benefits of owning this bike, not a Harley in general. She is very good at what she does. She offered different services and financial options to me as well. Then I agreed to buy the bike and got a tour of the whole dealership and was introduced to everyone in the building. "Had my Road Glide stored here for the winter. They took good care of it in heated basement. They added fuel stabilizer. Kept the battery charged. Did a full inspection. I stopped in to see if I could pick it up early. Since the weather was uncommonly warm. It was parked too far back to get it that day. I was told it would be available in a few days. I was surprised when it was delivered right into my garage at home. All shiny and ready to rip. What awesome service."
