"I have been a customer of Reliable Garage Door for many years. I have never been disappointed. Everyone from those who answer the phones to the service technicians have always been extremely pleasant and helpful. I have always been able to get someone out here quickly whether it's an emergency or just a tune-up. Today was a tune-up and it has only been two days since I called. Mike G. Was here today and was no exception. He explained everything he did & asked if I had any questions. He was so efficient and so very pleasant. He has the greatest personality. Chosing this company years ago was one of the best decisions I have ever made."

"I just had another free annual tune-up. Another awesome experience. Three years ago I had the head spring, rollers, and door gasket replaced. The work was impressively well done. Since then I have called for the free annual tune-ups. Each time I have dealt with them I continue to be amazed at the quality of staff and work. Just had Gerald do the annual tune-up. He went above and beyond to make sure all was working well even correcting the mounting of my opener and its operational adjustments. All part of the free tune up. These guys are on time, call to announce their arrival; plus they are professionals who take pride in their job, and it shows in their work - high quality, not over selling new staff;: they gave us a realistic estimate of what needs to be replaced because its too old and what can still work a few more years. We felt they were honest in their evaluation, and felt no pressure of selling new equipment. At the end of the work, they even wiped off the prints from the bottom of the garage door!!
