"This company doesn't stand behind their product, I've been trying to get an issue solved with my counter top for 8 months, the owner Gary has changed his story so many times I'm sure he doesn't even know the truth, I paid with cash and he took the tax off as my discount and wouldn't give me a receipt, I asked about the warranty and he said yes it has a warranty and it would be on file. Now he said I bought a remnant and there is no warranty and he said he was done with this issue and hung up on me. Bad business and customer service travels a lot faster than a great business. Would never recommend to company to anyone."

"Absolutely don't use this company. Within a week several corners were loose and we had to call back. They've been back several times to fix, and each time the technician would say that they need to be replace because they got a bad batch of glue. The owner, Gary, would never acknowledge this. He has done nothing but delay, stall and hand up on my wife. Despite the fact that the laminate started coming loose within a week of being installed, and many, many calls to him and visits by his techs we still don't have countertops that are fully adhered to the base. Gary was so rude, in fact, that he hung up on my wife. I recommend to everyone that they avoid this vendor. He refuses to stand by his work."
