"The owner is a very nice lady but I don't appreciate that almost every time I go to this store it's not open when it says it's supposed to be. I've gone here on a Saturday morning and the website says it's supposed to open at 9am and she didn't show up until almost 9:30. have a friend who is a book braider in the area who goes either here or to young's in the mall. She went to this shop mid day to get hair for her client and the shop was closed. I think it's extremely unprofessional and the times should be changed on the doors and websites. Would definitely prefer going to young's instead of driving to hair couture and it not being open when it's supposed to be."

"The website says they’re open & they never are and I have referred this hair store to my friends & clients and every time they go it’s not open it is Monday 3:15 and I have been up here multiple times today since this morning and they’re closed with NO sign on the door just the lights are off and the door is locked .. I just hope they update the website or have some one there at all times"
