"OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Friendly folks. Unloading good/45 mins. The worse here of course is the dock area for 53FT trailers/Truck w/sleeper the dock area was built back in the days for like day cabs with 40-48ft trailers, it's doable but very tight, best to angle in as the front adjust space is like 2 feet if your gonna work it in(especially with today's trucks having plastic bumpers .lol) You pull into the front lot to avoid having to block road traffic. ovnp in front lot after hrs is ok."
