"This is great company to work with. They came out to quote us extremely fast and had competitive prices . We had a large office building where to old carpet needed to come out and vinyl put in. There was furniture in every room. The job was still completed in less than 2 weeks. It looks amazing. Great experience and would use them again. "We have made at least 5 attempts asking Terry the owner to return phone calls and texts for a project estimate after visting in-person (March 2022) and quoting our updated second home near Crestwood elementary in NLR. Six months later, Terry has still never returned attempts to follow up. The staff and owner must think the job is either too small or have some type of discriminatory reasons to not respond. Very unprofessional. No excuse. Zero stars."

"Contacted Terri at Lloyds Carpet on a Thursday as I needed carpet laid in my new office by a weeks time as I was on a moving deadline and the previous carpet business had promised me a week earlier they could get the carpet and have me completed in time by Feb. 1st. Terri met me that day and found the carpet that I wanted. Ordered it on a Friday and installed it the following Tuesday 01/25/22. The workmanship was fantastic and professionally done.
