"2 of my orders that were paid for have been cancelled this month alone. LR NT store poorly managed with an attitude. I drove 37 miles one way to pick up my online order last Thursday after they left me a voicemail 3 hours earlier that morning that if I did not pick up my online order by the end of that business day it would be cancelled and returned to stock. When I got to the store 3 hours later after making the 67 mile round trip they acted dumb founded and looked through paperwork to find my order even after me showing them my E-mail with name and order number-only to be rude and finally after 30 min. said it was cancelled yesterday and we don't stock that or will not order it for you or honor that price. I said why did you call this morning and leave a voice mail then? The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing at this new NT location and it is lacking in a professional attitude and plain rude! Real bad business that chases good customers off..."
