"Can't say I've ever experienced anything good here. Say they have materials in stock then when show up to get them they say it's special order only and they no longer carry said material."
"Shipping/Receiving entrance is one block east of main office building. I highly suggest coming in from the east because that street is TIGHT. I (W900) couldn’t do it even when I swung WAY into opposing traffic. Yes, it is very tight so slide tandems if need-be. They’ll stop unloading you to load company trucks. They took two pallets, then loaded three trucks that came in after me. 2+ hours to unload 12 pallets. Response to Antique Brick’s response: You have me confused with another awesome W900, I pull a dry van. I arrived April 30th at 0801 and departed 1010. Mentioning to other drivers the challenges to your location is simply to give them a heads-up on what to expect and to plan accordingly. You mistook my comments (and apparently another one) as negative, which they are not intended. Neither review mentions your company in a derogatory manner, it’s only about the layout. The scrapes and bent poles are testament that not everyone negotiates the tight turns successfully, hence the warnings to other drivers. BTW, reviews aren’t solely for customers, but for all that visit your location be they buyers, sellers, carriers, or otherwise. Any way, you do have a very nice spread and offer a huge assortment of products for your customers. Thank you."
"I agree with all the other reviews, it's really tight there for trucks. Drivers if you're coming from 30, once you get on E. 9th st. Its the 2nd right turn, you will have to do a button hook from the left hand lane to get there because of the poles that sit directly on the corner. Then the second entrance into their yard, I was in and out within 45 mins."
"Brought a load of bricks here. It went very quickly and I was out pretty quick. It is a very tight place to maneuver around. That is the only bad thing about the place. You have to really watch as you’re turning so you don’t hit anything. I was only there about 45 minutes, and it would have been less except a man accidentally told me the wrong area to go."
"Recently needed bricks to fill a window for a 1970's home. The original brick size doesn't exist anywhere. Antique brick staff put in some time finding similar size brick and presenting options to make a match. They were both friendly and professional through email, over the phone and in person. Jim, Tanya, and Valerie (and other staff, as far as I can tell) do far more than I would expect, even for small customers like myself. I highly recommend this business for your brick related needs."
