"Went in for a fill and a small trim due to growth. I even held up my fingers to indicate little bit off. The fill was done correctly however he cut my nails so short that I couldn't even do my design that I wanted. I went from having just over medium length to literally having length to the end of my fingertip. The tip of the nails are uneven. None of the nails are even remotely close to being even with each other. And my regular fingernails are actually on the tip of some of them. My nails are useless."

"Sure would like to know what happened to customer service. My daughter and gave them a try 2 weeks ago. My nails are fine, but the guy who did hers was rough, grabbing and snatching her hands and fingers. Very next day, acrylic and polish chipping on 8 nails. My daughter wanted to get her nails done today. So I told her to go to the guy who did mine. She walked in, asked for him, said he take her then sent her down to the guy who did a crummy job last time. She reiterated her request and was basically being forced to deal with the guy who was so rough. She walked out, neither of us will ever return. Trying to support local at done if the chop shops is impossible. 0/10 do not recommend"

"The girl that did my nails was super nice, but yikes. She seemed like maybe she had a lot going on in her personal life as she seemed to be in a rush and her phone kept going off. I came in around 4 to get a regular mani/pedi with polish only and didn’t leave until around 7. They close at 5:30. I thought 1.5 hours (between 4-5:30) would be plenty of time for what I was getting done but there was a wait (which was okay with me) but I would have rather been told they didn’t have time to do it than to say it was okay and then rush and do a poor job. She cut one of my toenails so short it is sore and the polish job on my nails is just bad. I didn’t really notice how bad until I got home. Again she was super sweet but I won’t go back there. It’s was a big disappointment for $40 plus tip."
