"$190 for 2 pedicures and a dip set. The dip set looks very messy, super stained skin. The 2 pedicures ended up with cuts on their foot. They allowed someone with a blister to get a pedicure but they were taking too long so she got up and just sat with her daughter instead. They definitely do not like conversating, which makes it a very awkward setting. Complete lack of communication. Very unsettling atmosphere."

"Today was my first visit to this salon. I was a little nervous because of some of the negative reviews I read online. BUT I must say this was THE BEST nail salon experience I've had in years. I have wanted stiletto nails for a quite a while. The nail tech told me I would need to cut my nails and start fresh with nail tips. I didn't want to cut my nails so I said no. I figured he'd just fill, file, buff, and paint and that would be that. But to my surprise, while he was filing, he gave me EXACTLY what I wanted...my own nails in stiletto. They are absolutely gorgeous if I must say so myself. Rex , you did an AMAZING job. I'm a customer for life."

"I've had many visits to this salon. Recently it seems to always be something the past few times. Today I had a mani & pedi. One of my toes got cut (there were no ingrown nails) and I tolerated it. She had tried to cover up the blood over and over again. When checking out I asked for a discount due to the negligence and was only given a 10%. They do great nail art, but not very general at all."

"The nail tech doing my nails cut three of my fingers and made me bleed. When I pointed it out and asked for a discount. They wanted to put lotion on my hands "for free." When I told them no they blew up on me and wanted to cut off the nails they just finished instead of taking 10 dollars off. Then they decided to lie to me about the price after they told me it was 60. They said it was 65 dollars and since they were giving me the discount it would be 55. After all this I look at my nails and two of them are crooked. If you live in Cabot Le Nails and spa has no idea what customer service means, and i would recommend you go ANYWHERE ELSE!"
