"Would not recommend this pharmacy. Had my husband pick up my prescription and they filled 2 of the same type of thing, did not explain it to him, and would not let us return it (medical devices)."

"We've been using CVS in Target since we moved to Monticello in March 2022. We've always been warmly greeted and helped in the best way imaginable. Today, I asked about a refill that I hadn't called in; I was not very clear in my request (tongue-tied) and the lady was just so agreeable - looked it up and said it could be ready in 10 minutes. I asked about a pneumonia shot -- no waiting! I grabbed my husband and we got our shots; the pharmacist was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great "bedside manner." The shots were done, and I was notified that the prescription was ready -- just an extremely POSITIVE experience!!"

"I love all the people that work there. Dave in particular is always fun to talk to, remembers me, and is helpful. Another couple women are great, unfortunately don't remember their names. Will ask next time!! I got a flu shot and Covid vaccine there and the man pharmacist is really nice and always helpful."

"Attempted to transfer a prescription here and was told it would be ready the next day. Did not hear anything and was out of my medication. I went in to check the status and my prescription had been put on hold but I had not received any communication on the matter, which is not CVS standard practice according to another CVS Tech. Tech informed me that it was due to insurance (my old insurance doesn't contract with CVS) but never asked for updated insurance or if I would like to fill my prescription and pay out of pocket. This all happened while I was experiencing withdrawal symptoms from my medication due to not having it. Terrible customer service and clearly customers well being is not actually a priority to this particular locations staff."
