"If I could give zero stars I would. I came in as a new patient. My front tooth that I had fixed as a kid (it was chipped) came off. I came in and they said they had to do a porcelain crown- however that is not what I had done prior that lasted me 15 years. Me not really thinking about going to get a second opinion said yes. That day they filed my front tooth down to a nub to “prep” for the crown. They took my impressions and all of that. The dental assistant was very unprofessional and they were gossiping about others that worked there as they were doing my impressions. This bothered me but what could I have done.. go up? No. The first temp mold that the dental assistant made didn’t fit correctly so she took it off. She was making me a new one without my impression and mixing stuff together on her glove and told me to my face that she didn’t feel like going through the whole process again. I left a day later I was in intense pain how we o work and could not take off work. After a few days it was unbearable. I call up there and was told to come to Conway. I get there and the lazyness of her job was reviled. My entire tooth was exposed from the front of her temp crown job that she did lazily. The fix that and I get my crown in. It’s bulk and so unnatural looking but I couldn’t take being in pain any longer. They installed it. I went to another dented after this experience and was still in some pain after they installed the crown: my bite is off and they didn’t place the crown fully in my teeth so I’m left 1,000 dollars out of pocket, in pain, and still having to pay for things they did to me. RUN AWAY FEOM THIS CLINIC!! They do not care: I called up there today to inform them about the issue and I was told they couldn’t get me in until the end of the month. This place is absolutely terrible and would never recommend them to anyone!"

"The dentist there said I needed some fillings so I had them done, going off what the "Dr" said right. Well apparently it wasn't necessary & they didn't check with my insurance so my insurance didn't pay and now Monarch is trying to charge me $500. I'm a disabled veteran barely able to afford dental. I've called numerous times, I've left messages, I've gone on their website and sent emails to try to get them to fix this but they apparently aren't. I wouldn't go there if I was you. You may end up with a $500 bill for Christmas. This was after I paid an upfront fee because they aren't going to do any procedures before you pay, which I can completely understand that."

"This is my second bad experience with Monarch. I had a root canal and crown work done with them. Crown kept popping off right after I had it done. After 3 times they were able to keep it on, however it has been less than two years and it came off again! I paid 5000 cash for my root canal and crown. They want to charge me to even look at it to see if they can put it back on. They don't stand behind their work and just want to sell you more procedures. Crowns should stay on more than 2 years!!! Monarch dentists should be ashamed that they won't even look at their patient to see why the crown isn't holding without wanting more money! At the very least they should have offered to evaluate it for free to determine what could be done."

"Went for just a normal cleaning. I was told I needed a lot more things done that insurance wouldn’t cover. Over $3k out of pocket. My mom goes a couple weeks later and they try to charge ($5k )her out of pocket for way more money for things she didn’t need only because she didn’t speak English. ALWAYS GET A 2ND OPTION BEFORE PAYING OUT OF POCKET."

"I highly recommend Dr. Chelsea Seelinger. She is a fantastic dentist. The office manager is amazing as well. I had a little mishap over the holidays while in a rush, trying to satisfy a toddler and tear into the packing of his new toy, I tried to use my teeth. You moms know what I’m talking about, this time however the manufacturer made the packaging harder than my tooth. Monarch Dental was able to see me within one hour of my call for an appointment, and Dr Seelinger not only fixed my broken tooth but made me happy to smile. :)"
