"Before they changed from Rock family dental, this place was great. Since they have changed though, it's been horrible. I had pain in one of my teeth and suspected a cavity, so i went in to have it checked out. I always make sure to show them which tooth to avoid any possible error. They did an xray, said they didnt see anything AFTER the numbed me and drilled the WRONG tooth. They also broke the tooth and filed it down to almoat nothing. There is a part of that tooth that is shaped like a hook and is very sharp. I can't even count how many times I've cut my tongue on it, and my bite is so uneven now that i can't comfortably chew. They treat medicaid patients as less than, apparently as I've never heard stories about them treating those with private insurance like this, but I have heard some horror stories from others with medicaid. It's ridiculous."
"I do not recommend this dentistry. Rude, blatant disregard for comfort, and terrible work. I went in because I thought I had a broken filling. Arrived at 8:10. Receptionists were rude and trying to hurry me because my "appointment was at 8." Later listened to my recorded call and found that they told me 8:15 over the phone. Turns out a little corner of my tooth broke off. Can't afford a crown on medicaid. So they said they could round it off and put a filling on. They filed down my and started putting the fillings in. I don't know exactly what happened from there, but they messed up and just pulled them out and started over. They filed my chipped tooth until it was nearly nothing and tried to put another filling over it. The dentist had no regard for my comfort and even when I was making noise and trying to get them to pull away when I was choking, they just kept telling me to hold on. There was a broken piece of filling that was in the back of my throat for the last half of my procedure. He even pushed on my throat when he was pushing on the fillings to a point I couldn't breathe. Then they were going to let me walk out with that tooth sharp enough that it drew blood on my tongue before I stopped and had them file it down more. They told me the blood was just from my gums (which have never bled from my receiving fillings before), but I have a large scratch on the bottom of my tongue where I felt the tooth scratch it. Hours later when the numbing wore off there was such intense pain that I needed heavy medication. Since then I have been in pain so bad that I have barely been able to wake up without crying. My entire jaw hurt to the point I could not eat solid food or even brush my teeth. I found a new dentist that was very kind and was able to explain to me that the people at ar dentistry and braces simply did not finish they're job, which was very sloppy in the first place. I only write this review in the hopes that no one else goes through the pain I have at the hands of this establishment."
"Out of all 26 years of my life Dr. Ahmad is the best dentist I have ever seen. I had four teeth pulled and didn't feel a thing. Plus I'm pregnant so I couldn't get all of the good medicine."
