"I’m pretty sure her name is Dr. Nord. She was very short with me didn’t take her time at all. Told me I needed a root canal. I got a second opinion and I do not need a root canal. She was just very short. I was crying when I left. Dr. Pinkerton and the other male doctor there on the other hand were great! But I said in the office for two hours waiting to be seen. Also, I went for fillings didn’t get nothing done at all. I left with nothing but bad news, crying, horrible place or skews me horrible doctor. She needs to find a new career. She has no business being a dentist. Dentistry is supposed to be like a family you’re supposed to feel like they’re part of your family that’s how it was at my last dentistry he retired but your dentist does not feel like that at all. You guys need to work on that seriously"

"We went for our regular dental cleaning. Dental hygienist was good as always. We love this place and the staff. We have been going to this places since more than a decade. However this is the first time we met this Dentist I forgot his name. He was terrible . He didnot even say hello or what’s so ever. He just came. Checked my teeth, talked to the dental hygienist whole time about the football. Didn’t explain what’s going on or the concerns. I hope this dentist will improve his bed side manners while taking care of patients."

"Set my father up with this dental office based on the reviews and very disappointed with how he was treated. Nevertheless, requested 3d scan of his mouth 3 times via phone, they never sent it. We then physically presented to the office and waited 30 minutes to receive a CD, which was checked by our new dentist and it was blank. We then proceeded to request for another copy to be made, but the office staff said that only one person is capable of doing that and that was the manager and she was out today. How is that possible? Very unhappy with the experience and would not recommend."

"I deleted my original post. After posting this morning, I received a call from the office manager apologizing about what took place earlier today. Peggy was really apologetic, nice, and offered to squeeze my son in. Due to being off with my time at other appointments, we missed the 11:15 re-scheduled time, but she was still willing to squeeze us in. She even texted as open appointments became available. Although, I had a busy day, I can appreciate the call and the effort. Thank you."
