"This place is ridiculous they have worked 8 times on my husbands dentures his taking off work lost money on work and gas time going up there to get them fixed they work for a couple of weeks and then they don’t fit right anymore they have not attempted to make them or anything right I wouldn’t even give them one star if I didn’t have to they messed up my teeth one time first time I went there I wouldn’t go back he had no choice because it’s dentures my advice go far away from them if you want good work and good teeth this is not the place I will be making a report on yelp too we spent 1000.00 on these dentures and all they say we took over the other office that we close and we didn’t get any of that money which if it is the same company or corporation you got some of that money it went into one bank period . Beware be very aware of this company"

"Brought my grandmother her to get her dentures. We are on getting a second set done because they dont make them well. Hopefully the second set will be better than the first that falls out of her mouth. We came in for them to "fix* the first set 3 times. Everyone in the waiting room was also complaining about their dentures. I would give zero stars if I could."

"Poor experience. I had a family member to use this facility. Service was poor. He had to make five trips five days Loss off work in order to get a set of dentures. There is a sign on the markee that says same day dentures. Staff is extremely rude. Will not refer anyone else to this facility. A letter will follow to the better business bureau"

"Dr, McConnell is the sweetest! He should really work elsewhere, as he's too good for this place, he's was actually a customer of mine also at my previous job. Other than that this place is Horrible!! They mailed me a bill of $500 almost a whole year later, after I paid in full, they failed to submit my claim to the dental insurance. Now I have been fighting them to get it taken care of, and then the guy at the front desk proceeded to argue with me! Mind you it took 3 times to even get my crown to fit correctly! I will never ever go back and I will never ever recommend to anyone! Horrible Horrible Horrible! I wish I could give 0 stars"
