"This is what the revival in local spirits is all about! They use all locally sourced grains and made a superior flight of whiskies. The Ordeal bourbon was my favorite. We had a sampling then took a tour. The sampling lets you choose 3 to try, so if you go with others, consider how to share and get a taste of more. The tour goes through the fermenting & distilling facility and got us up close to the process."
