Lake Region Healthcare Fergus Falls Hospital

"My service date was February of 2023. I got a bill in March of 2023(secondary insurance ) and paid it before realizing my insurance wasn't used. My Secondary insurance is waiting for the bill. LR billing won't send them the paperwork. Why??? It's now March of 2024 and I'm still getting a bill in the mail for this. There should not be a bill coming in the mail for this. I just want my insurance used. They said last month I was given a refund by credit card. I didn't use a credit card or ever have to pay. Something isn't adding up. Where's my money? Last Friday, I was hung up on by billing. Who can I talk to?"

"I really didn’t have a problem with this hospital until I experienced Dr. Jared Broadway, before meeting him I may have even given a five star review, it’s amazing how one person can make you reevaluate your healthcare choices. If you’re feeling you need to be taken down a notch, told your fat and must come from a poor genetic gene pool, Dr. Broadway is the guy for you. It’s been quite some time since I’ve met a more self righteous ineffectual intellectual blowhard. He has all the time in the world to tell you how great he is, and everything he’s overcome, so that you might feel less worthy of his presence. If he talked to anyone one on the street the way he feels entitled to in the office he’d get his teeth knocked out."

"This is a well run clinic that you can trust! Right at the door people will greet you and help you get where you need to go. All the staff I have interacted with have been very professional and compassionate. It feels like they really care about you! The clinic is very clean."

"My son went in to the er with signs of appendicitis. The ER staff and Dr. were absolutely amazing. They took all the steps to make positively sure that’s what it was. When they were certain they moved swiftly and got him into surgery. The staff and nurses on the pediatric floor were outstanding! I just can’t say enough and I’m so very thankful for all of you that helped us!"

"We honestly can't pick just one staff member. Each and everyone was awesome. Each one was truly empathetic and caring. We never would've expected such a great staff. My wife Kim had back surgery and it was tough the first day honestly. However they figured it out and the 2nd day was so much better. Everyone did a great job and we've been to more than one hospital in our lifetime. You guys should all be proud of the job you do. So Very Grateful for each and everyone that helped in the process. Thank You so Very much for caring and doing such a great job for us."
