Family Nails In The Mall

"I walked in & signed my name on the paper as I’ve done before. FIRST MISTAKE I was never asked what I wanted! It was a woman (white woman) behind me she was immediately asked what she was getting & they started her water for her pedicure. And she was told to be seated. Meanwhile I was still standing there & never said anything too! I WILL NEVER USE THESE SERVICES AGAIN! Even now I’m sitting here watching the employees talk to walk ins. I’m proud of my growth though because the old me would’ve never been this calm!"

"Went for pedicure and took my friend for a manicure. My pedicure tech kept Stopping and seating other people and my visit ended up taking nearly 3 hours. They didn't even start on friends manicure til they finished my pedicure. Nail polish was gummy and old. They couldn't do the design my friend requested. They were very nice people but I won't go back. Too unprofessional IMO."

"The workers was.very kind, the only problem i had is that the nails were very lumpy. not really happy about the lumpy part, but the design is really good. This place has really good pricing, but maybe just work on making the nails not look to lumpy. Like i said, very kind workers, just needs a little work!!"

"My wife and I came in with our nephew who got fussy once we sat down to get our pedicures but they never blinked. They allowed my wife to get up and walk around with him to calm him down and we still got amazing service. The pedicure and massage was the best we've ever had and we've tried nearly every place in town to find our go to place."
