"Nothing but problems. I would never rent or buy anything that this contractor touched. I'm upping my renters insurance. That's how much faith I have in this building right now. In the last 8 or 9 weeks there have been water issues in the underground garage, air handling issues, electrical issues (where half the building didn't have power for days & this was NOT due to the ice storm we just had), and now there's an electrical issue with the elevators (looking like it's due to water). If you choose to live on the top floors, get used to using the stairs. And don't even get me started on not getting mail for the first two months I was here. The post office advised it was the contractor's fault for not filling out the paperwork correctly. They can't fill out paperwork correctly? How can you expect them to know how to build an apartment complex correctly? Never again."
"Beautiful architecture and great community. The amenities are top tier and the community events are lively."
"My husband and I hadn’t lived in an apartment since 1999, so when we decided to “downsize” when our last child flew the nest, we wondered if we were crazy. Some of our friends were sure of it. The night before the big move I looked around our box-filled house and nearly panicked, thinking, “are we out of our ever lovin’ minds?!” Well, friends, turns out we love it here at Eagle Ridge! In fact, this property and our apartment have surpassed our expectations. We have a 3-bedroom corner unit so our kids still have their own bedrooms when they come home. The unit is beautiful. It has 9-foot ceilings, an 8 ½ foot quartz island, a command center, two bathrooms, full size washer/dryer, and the enormous windows and 3-pane balcony expanse are divine – my plants have never been happier. The walls seem very well insulated, though I can hear the people above me when they walk. That’s probably my biggest complaint. As for the complex, what a wonderful development! The underground parking garage is probably my hubby’s biggest thrill as he no longer has to worry about snow removal. We also love the warm and inviting Community Room and roof top terrace with all its cozy little nooks so multiple groups can be there without intruding on one another. And let me tell you about the GYM. Friends, this is pretty much a commercial gym you’d pay a monthly fee for. It’s a joy to exercise there, though if I were to add one more thing to make it perfect would be to add free local channels to the TVs. As for the plaza space, we’ve been here since July and have seen the property host multiple events so far including movie nights, food trucks, and Oktoberfest. They’ve also hosted a free Happy Hour in the community room in our building. Each of the four buildings will have their “specialty” that all Eagle Ridge residents can enjoy for free: the gym in the first building, a golf simulator in the 2nd building, and I’m looking forward to learning what the other 2 buildings will offer. I also LOVE that there are commercial spaces on the first levels – specifically INSPIRE – a wellness spa in the northwest building. Boppa's Bagels is going in next door and it sounds like there will be other dining options in the future. Whenever we bring friends or groups over, everyone always has the same reaction….”this doesn’t seem like an apartment!” No, it’s definitely not the caliber of apartments from my college days. Finally, I have had nothing but a good experience with the Prairie Property Management group and Tara in particular. Tara is friendly, responsive, and accessible. Long story short, we empty nesters really enjoy the simplicity of living here (we own a lake place and don’t want the hassle of two properties anymore) and have already started getting to know our neighbors. I definitely recommend checking it out."
"Great property development company in Fargo, ND! The new Eagle Ridge Plaza built by Eagle Ridge is incredible. So far there have been great events such as Movie Nights and Oktoberfest that have been welcoming to all age groups. I look forward to seeing what they have in store!"
"I’ve been living in the new apartments for the last month and it has been nothing but headaches. We cannot get our own mail because there are no keys to the mailboxes Had to delay our move-in because the elevator didn’t work. There is a second elevator that still doesn’t work. Dryer keeps keeps tripping the breaker switch, causing it to shut off How to have maintenance work on the shower because of low water pressure Internet in the building with set up improperly. I had to have the Internet people fix it. Underground parking garage is filthy. This causes tracking of dust and dirt into the apartment. On that note, our apartment wasn’t even clean when we got there. We had to have the “cleaning people” come back and clean it. The building is insecure. There are not locks on all the doors. It seems like half the building is still under construction. There is constantly people working in the apartment building finishing stuff. When I moved in, they were still film on all the windows that the construction crew left behind. Part of the exterior side was not finished as well. In short, it’s apparent that this real estate company operates under the values of “cheap” and “fast”. I would expect some of these things to occur for first time builders of an apartment, but this company is open multiple apartments and our so-called professional. On the plus side they do have the best gym for an apartment building I’ve ever seen."
