"Don’t come here to get locs or to get them retwisted. She started all my locs going clockwise, that was good. Until the time came to retwist them, she twisted some clockwise and she twisted most going counterclockwise. When I found out, I informed her about it hoping she would fix it, set them all clockwise because that’s the way my hair grow. She was totally in denial, couldn’t own up to her mistakes. I was definitely willing to pay her to fix it, but she wouldn’t. On top of all that she had a bad attitude. If you want locs don’t come here, don’t come here to get them retwist. Very bad."
