"reused tools. not clean Or sanitary. Didn’t clean the pedicure tub before putting someone else in it. Used my “clean” tools that were dunked in my pedi water for another client. Rushed through. flooded My fingers with product. used files, buffers and implements. Dug in the drawer to find the nippers. Cut me. Put them back in the drawer. I’m sure they’ll be reused without being cleaned on another. cut me with the file, efile, nippers And stabbed me with the scissors. told her from the beginning I didn’t like them but she continued. kept reassuring me “I know. will fix next step“ terrible work. HATE my nails. overfiled on my natual nails. The acrylic and tips don’t even cover my entire nails. Tried to file exposed natural nails so it wasn’t noticeable. Fingertips still sore and hurting. Do not recommend"

"It deserves No Stars really! The worst nail Salon I've Ever Been Too! I took my daughter in she wanted a Acrylic Set painted red and black Simple. My daughter come to me when she was done and they had painted her Real nails an Ugly red color and added a Chanel decal on each ring finger W...T....F? even after she told the tech that's not what she wanted the tech ignored her and just did what She wanted.. but I paid anyways, I shouldn't Have!! If I could go back they wouldn't have gotten a Dime!"

"All nail shapes are different length, thickness and shape. Filed down my thumb nail on the side until there wasn’t anything left and then painted over it to “fix” her mistake. Won’t be back. After an hour & $40 you’d think I’d get what I had asked for... now I have to get them removed and redone. Mentioned that they weren’t the right shape size or color and was blown off."

"My nail broke two days after getting them done. & then the lady wanted to just repaint them so I told her that the nail was BROKE & she just glued it back. & repainted it a DIFFERENT COLOR than my other nails. When I consistently told her it was the wrong color. Never going back."
