P Nails

"first time ever coming to this salon. i've been a reluctant repeat customer at another nail salon in fort smith, but after my last awful experience there decided it was finally time to find another one. P nails did NOT disappoint. i went in for an acrylic soak off and a gel manicure and my total was $40. i had the lovely privilege of having Ben as my nail tech and he was amazing! he asked me multiple times if he was hurting me, and told me to tell him if he did. (i appreciated this a lot because the other nail salon i had been going to has made me bleed every. single. time.) he made sure i was good with the color and told me he would change them if i wasn't. it was overall a great experience and i look forward to coming back here for any future services!"

"Awful. Didn’t listen to what we wanted. Instead of clear nails we got pink. Didn’t size nails right or file down to right size. Nor did they file the back of the nail. Should have been $90 ended up being 120$."

"I thought I had found my nail place but when I returned for my second time with an appointment. I was told to come back later and they took every walk in while I’m told to come back.. despite my appointment. Also said my tech wasn’t even there and they would have to cut my natural nails off and put on tips in order for me to get what I wanted. I left and went to GOLDEN NAILS and got the peach ombré I wanted without cutting my nails off."

"Came to the salon as a walk in and was instantly greeted. I showed them what I was wanting done and they said they could do it! It was very affordable! The girl who did my nails was very sweet and did my nails quickly! She did exactly what I had imagined! Whenever I'm in town I will definitely get my nails done here for now om! Excellent service and the establishment was very nice and clean!"

"Went for my first manicure, they were very welcoming and professional. I really liked the atmosphere, clean and refined. They have indoor plants, which I prefer in a spa environment - so relaxing. I had Jenny take care of me, she was patient and helpful, considering this was my first time so I had no idea what to do - she gave great instructions and advice. I had a broken nail and she patched it no problem, seamlessly. I wanted my nails to look nice for once, in time for the holidays, and I think they look very festive."
