"I went to this business out of desperation, I have three jobs under contracts through home Depot every single one of them have turned out to be a disastrous fiasco. The contractor for home Depot could care less about the customers as obviously does home Depot not care what their customer service is receiving from the soul contractor they use. I told the home Depot manager in Harrison Arkansas I would no longer do business with them. With that being said I went hunting for somebody to install carpet for us and it happens to be it was Watson web. And they informed me it would be October November before they could get in to lay the carpet. We've already been waiting for Romanoff who is the soul installer for home Depot home Depot does not use any other installers across the United States. They were very cordial very helpful and understanding but they could not do anything for a house that we've had torn apart for two full months waiting for carpeting to be installed and custom made window coverings. All total we've spent over $7,000 and each part of that chapter has been a total nightmare. And I truly will never use home Depot services again."

"They let you take big samples home to see them on the floor in the environment they will be installed to make sure it's what you want then you bring them back the same day."
