"I went last week, and had Cloie, she was very rude and spent 15 minutes doing my hair. She took large chunks of my hair to curl and didn’t spend time curling my layers. Minimal effort, and bad customer service on her end. I will not go back unfortunately and I was looking forward to my first Dry Bar experience!"

"Called & asked do they have anyone experienced with blowing out + straightening Textured Hair - the girl said yes + stated all blowouts include a wash, blowout, + style. Washing experience was fine but I was sent back to the chair with SOAKING wet hair dripping down my face-onto my clothes. The girl did no pre dry…I could tell she was getting a little frustrated blow drying my hair + burnt me a few times with the dryer holding it too long towards the scalp. She didn’t do any styling or offer to straighten. I had to hurry home + redo my hair before work..Pictures attached of how I left looking + they all kept saying it looked great - I was embarrassed leaving. Definitely not worth $55."
