"I scheduled an eyelash fill online, and had gotten my extensions put on somewhere else. Lindsay called me the night before my appointment and told me that my appointment would be $90, instead of $60 since she didn’t originally apply my lashes. I understood, and agreed to pay the $90. When I arrived, Lindsay very rudely told me that I would have to pay for a whole new set, because she didn’t want to just fill my lashes, which would cost $150. I explained that I had just bought a new full set a week ago, and wasn’t prepared to pay for another one, since we had agreed on $90. She tried to force me to agree to that, so I just explained that I didn’t want to argue. I would just schedule somewhere else. So she then said that she would give me a weekly fill for $120. I was in desperate need so I reluctantly agreed. She was so angry at me, that she didn’t speak a word to me through the entire appointment! It was extremely awkward, and her co-worker kept coming over to laugh at me, right in my face, while my eyes were closed. After an hour and a half, I said I needed to use the ladies room. She told me that I would mess up her tape, so I couldn’t go, and just needed to hold it. It was a terrible experience!! Now it is 3 days later, and practically all of my extensions are already gone!! I was completely taken advantage of, and will never ever go there again! I am so disappointed and upset! She needs to be retrained in the application of Lash Extensions, and definitely needs a course in Customer Service!!"
