"I went in with one of my friends for her to get her second lobe pierced. Misha was the one that did it and did TERRIBLE. She was a mess and was no where near professional. it took us an HOUR to get the piercing because she told us her whole life story. she didn’t check to see if they were even. my friend wears only heavy hoops so her ears droop. we told her and Misha still had her take the hoops out and marked. we wanted to check with the hoops but she didn’t let us. when she pierced it it didn’t go in all the way for BOTH ears. she gave her the WRONG earring as well. she told us refunds were 100% okay if something went wrong or we didn’t like it. she still had to pay full price for the earrings she used which way way more expensive then the one she actually wanted. we went out and put her hoops in and it was literally on top of her other earring. super super uneven and way to close to her other hole. we came back and said how we felt and if we can take them out and get a refund like she said 10 minutes ago. she called her boss and she said she CANT get a refund. she was being VERY rude to us after we came back saying we got out words twisted up. plus when we came back for the refund and Misha heard she was running away from us it felt like. barely talked to us about the situation. DONT GET PIERCED BY MISHA!!!!!"
