"While the treatment he gave me was successful, the people working there are so awful and bizarre and evil, especially the girl at the front desk, after getting a root canal and having an infection that went into the bone the girl at the front made some gross comments like, why can’t you talk normally, why are you talking like that? Is your face numb? Absolutely deranged. Are you seriously asking that, directly after being numbed up and having your face drilled into, how ignorant do you have to be to say something about the way someone looks or talks after a dental treatment how unprofessional and disgusting. I had multiple bad experiences with the staff. I wouldn’t ever go back. They didn’t care about my pain and ridiculed me repeatedly for no reason it was gross the way they acted, extremely immature and unprofessional."

"IF SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT, GO BACK WITHIN 1 YEAR!!! Dr Behrents did a root canal and I experienced pain off and on for years afterwards. Finally could not take the pain anymore and saw Dr Toole for an evaluation. The root canal had developed an infection that now has to be cut out. BUT, since I waited more than a year, there is no discount for re-work. Don't tough it out too long!"
